In these Terms, "we," "our," or "gbajee99" refers to the company operating the platform. "You" or "user" refers to any individual who has registered for or is using the gbajee99 platform.

• These Terms apply in both English and Bengali; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.
• Gbajee99 reserves the right to restrict or suspend services for users from any country.

Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual or household, gbajee99 reserves the right to suspend both accounts. Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential.

• Your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address must all be accurate and verifiable.
• Opening multiple accounts, using a fake identity, or registering with another person's information is prohibited.

Users must ensure that online gaming is legally permitted in their country. If online betting is prohibited in a user's country or region, accessing gbajee99 from that location is entirely the user's own responsibility. gbajee99 is not liable for any legal complications that may arise.

• A scanned copy of a national ID, passport, or driving license may be required for verification.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Gbajee99 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. Each bonus comes with its own terms and wagering requirements, which must be read carefully before claiming.

Bonuses are available only to members who meet the eligibility criteria. If a user opens multiple accounts to claim bonuses or abuses promotions in any way, gbajee99 reserves the right to void the bonuses and any associated winnings. A specified wagering requirement must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement (e.g., 30x, 40x, etc.).
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time only; any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• All bonuses are opt-in only; they will not be credited automatically unless you claim them.
• In cases of bonus abuse, gbajee99 may forfeit all winnings and deposits.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

Gbajee99 is committed to operating all games fairly.
